nekomonthetiger says that the answer is yes and I contend that the answer is no. I suggested we put it to a LiveJournal poll with the prize being a footpaw rub from the loser to the winner.

I do not have time to deal with getting packaging materials to ship things off or dealing with Paypal BS for shipping reimbursement. So, unfortunately, my list is only available to locals only.

Anyone who already requested stuff be sent to them and HAS NOT already paid me, I'm sorry but I will not be able to ship the item you wanted to you. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but it isn't like you had paid me money or weren't getting the item for free.
