hehe, and i can't to avoid mistakes in English. "быть собакой"="to be a dog" instead of "быть собака". Also i think it can be important for you "husky"="хаски"="лайка" and "лайка" is more popular word.

And yeah, now that I read your correction, I neglected the case. I keep forgetting that the instrumental case is used when that status of something changes, such as becoming a dog.

Another funny thing here a usual word-combination "Эскимосская лайка"="Eskimo dog (husky)" :) though "Сибирский хаски" (siberian husky) is correct too, but I seldom heard such word-combination.
